Ms. Fentress is a master’s level graduate of The Ethelyn R Strong School of Social Work at Norfolk State University. As a social worker, Ms. Fentress’s passion lies within social justice and advocacy; which is evident in her assiduous efforts to empower and foster positive change in individuals and communities.
