Ms. Dulong completed her undergraduate degree from the University of West Florida in 1989 and completed her Masters in Social Work in 1993. She has many years of experience as a social worker. For the first 9 years of her career, she worked as a therapist for teens in a residential hospital and then as a case manager for children in foster care, while providing Intensive In-Home therapy and Parent Coaching on a part-time basis. She then started and ran a senior care company for 10 years, but returned to foster care to become a Family Systems Coordinator with United Methodist Family Services where she provided training, support and therapeutic services to foster families and children for 8 years. She then began working in private practice in 2024; Melissa has been with HMHA since April of 2025
